February 3
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Whole Animal Competition
This very popular whole animal competition test cooks the ability to handle the animal whole. Previous entries include alligator, goat, hog, duck, and salmon.

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PNWBA Hot and Fast BBQ Competition
This unique one-day barbecue competition challenges competitors' ability to master the popular hot and fast technique of smoked barbecue.

February 5
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Dutch Oven Competition
The traditional, yet still very popular, outdoor cooking method of the Dutch oven is explored in this growing competition area.
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Chili Competition
Including the traditional Red Chili and more modern Homestyle Chili this competition has returned in 2022.
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Burger and Salmon Competition
Each returning for the fourth year these two competitions this year will give a competitor in each category the opportunity to compete at the World Food Championships.

This traditional overnight competition draws a wide range of barbecue competitors to fight for national glory.
