This event is so much more than JUST a fall festival or a backyard BBQ duel, it’s a Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) sanctioned four-meat Master Series State BBQ Championship (on Saturday) and a Pacific Northwest BBQ Association (PNWBA) sanctioned four-meat State BBQ Championship (on Sunday).

Which means it has the potential for being TWO Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue (draws) and American Royal Invitational Qualifiers, as well as a Team of the Year (ToY) event for KCBS and PNWBA.

20/50 amp “shore” power INCLUDED – from your arrival until your departure! No generators are needed.

Early Arrival & Monday Departure no problem (with power from your arrival to your departure), at no extra cost!

Vending is NOT REQUIRED but opportunities will be available

Option to get some or potentially all of your entry fee refunded by cooking BBQ for us (not vending, per se)

Guaranteed Minimum $15,000 CASH payout in each State BBQ Championship (one each KCBS and PNWBA) – That’s $30,000 TOTAL! Prize Breakdown posted below. A completed W-9 form is required for us to issue ANY payments. We will also have them on site so as not to delay any payments.

Per the documentation we have, we will need 15 Teams needed to be a qualifier on Saturday, and 25 on Sunday. We would rather be wrong on this.
