This is smoked BBQ burger is my go to recipe for when I have to cook a lot of burgers for a crowd, and the reason is because it's SO simple! Seriously, you patty them up, throw them on the smoker, let them smoke until they're done, sauce, cheese, and BAM! You have some awesome burgers that I just know everyone is going to love! Pair these smoked BBQ burgers with an awesome burger bar, and you'll be the king of burgers every time!

Instructions | Prep: 1. Patty your burgers per the instructions in the video, if you're interested in the burger press I used, you can find that here: https://amzn.to/44y2vPi 2. Once the burgers are formed into patties, put them in the fridge or freezer to help retain their shape while the smoker comes up to temp. | Cooking | 1. Set your smoker for 250°F 2. Put the burger patties on, and let them smoke for 30 minutes. 3. After 30 minutes, flip the burgers and allow them to smoke for another 30 minutes, or until they are within 10°F of your desired finished temperature. 4. Once the burgers are within 10°F of being done, go ahead and glaze them up with some BBQ sauce, and let the sauce set for 5-10 minutes. 5. Once the BBQ sauce has set, crank up your smoker to 350°F and put the cheese on and toast your buns. 6. Once the cheese has melted, and your buns are toasted, remove from the smoker, let the smoked BBQ burgers cool for a few minutes, and then build your burgers to your liking. 7. Enjoy these simple and delicious smoked burgers!
