Then, move on to Steak Judging 101, where you'll learn the entire judging process, which is more than just about taste. You'll also learn how to evaluate the texture, appearance, and other factors that go into a perfect steak.
But that's not all! The class also covers Ancillary Judging 101, where you'll learn how to judge delicious side dishes, and Table Captain 101, where you'll discover the crucial role that each judge position plays in the judging process.
Whether you're a seasoned steak cookoff competitor or just starting out, this class is invaluable for improving your competition knowledge and planning. As an SCA Certified Judge, you'll also be eligible to participate in any SCA-sanctioned event, which are projected to have over 600 events worldwide in 2023.
